This study aimed to determine the Effectiveness of contextualized self-learning Modules to the performance of the Grade 10 students in MAPEH in Linao National High School in the Division of Ormoc City. The findings of the study served as a basis of a proposed Intervention plan. The result of this study which focuses on the significant difference in the pretest and posttest scores of grade 10 students before and after the utilization of the contextualized selflearning modules in MAPEH is significantly effective considering that the pretest scores is directly proportional to the critical t value the same with the posttest performance and computed t value which indicates that the use of contextualized Self-learning modules in the delivery of the most essential learning competencies in Music, Arts, Physical Education and Health in the identified grading period is significantly effective and help the learners in improving their performances even though they have already idea on the other different strategies they experience for the past several months or years while experiencing pandemic in the new normal of learning the different topics in the aforementioned subject. Other factors also why students are really excelling their performance maybe because they are also well guided with the teachers since the DepEd is already implementing limited face to face to the learners, thus the teachers can easily followed up to the learners if ever there are certain gray areas that need to be clarified in their own level. Another thing is that contextualizing materials based from the norms or standards in the central office is very important in improving the skills or performances the performances of the Grade 10 pupils.
