— This research aims to explore improvements that have taken place in the provision of computer system services to comprehend the use of new technologies and methodologies. The study seeks to establish various consequences of these developments about efficiency, cost, and system outcome. In addition to this, a literature review was conducted as well as a survey of other professionals in the industry. From the perspective of the findings, marked progress has been shown to have occurred in techniques of service delivery that have consequently followed leads towards better performances and frequent downtimes.
