ABSTRACT

——— Work-life balance is a critical issue in contemporary society, influencing personal well-being, professional productivity, and overall quality of life. This paper examines work-life balance from a gendered perspective, exploring how men and women experience and manage the demands of work and personal life differently. By analysing the roles of societal expectations, workplace policies, and individual choices, this research highlights the unique challenges faced by each gender and suggests strategies for achieving a more equitable balance.
