A descriptive-correlational research design was employed, and percentage, weighted mean and Pearson r were the statistical tools used in this study. Based on the data gathered, the findings of the research confirm the existence of a positive relationship between the level of professional development and readiness of teachers in the implementation of MATATAG curriculum and extent of readiness of teachers in the implementation of MATATAG curriculum and academic performance of the learners.
